Steam spinach until wilted and tender, about 4 to 5 minutes.
(Chop coarsely if large leaf spinach is used.). In medium saucepan, heat
oil. Cook shallot briefly. Add cream cheese and seasonings; stir until
melted and mixed well. Add spinach and mix well.
