Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover until tender,
about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain. Cut in half or quarters, as desired. Toss
with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Turn into a shallow baking
dish, just large enough to hold potatoes in a crowded layer. Bake in 450
degrees F. oven until lightly browned on edges, about 15 to 20 minutes.
