Citrus Sections
2 lb. navel oranges
2 lb. grapefruit, pink or white
seeds of one pomegranate, about 1/2 cup
fresh herb sprigs such as mint, sage, thyme, for garnish

With a sharp paring knife, peel fruits. Remove sections. Squeeze remaining membrane portion to extract remaining juices. Add pomegranate seeds and toss to mix. Divide fruit and juice among 6 serving dishes. Garnish with fresh herb sprig, if desired.
