Coat a large skillet with olive oil spray. Heat over high
heat for 2 minutes. Add the onions, peppers, garlic, and shrimp. Cook for
a few minutes while stirring. Slice the sausages and add to the skillet
as ready. Add the chicken broth, peas, clams, and saffron. Stir to blend,
cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook for about 1 minutes or until
the shrimp are cooked through. Stir in the couscous. Cover and let stand
for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and season to taste with salt and pepper.
