Macaroni Pastitsio with Feta Cheese
1-1/2 lb. macaroni
1 cup melted butter
5 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 lb feta cheese, cut into small pieces

Boil the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and put in a large bowl. Mix with the melted butter. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, add the milk and cheese. Pour over the macaroni and mix well. Butter a large ovenproof pan and pour in the macaroni mixture.
Bake in a 350° F. (180° C) oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
