Lamb with Cheese and Pasta
1 pound fine fettucine (dry)
1 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic
1 1/2 to 2 pounds medium rare lamb, cut julienne
2 cups grated kefalotyri cheese
1/2 cups chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

Bring a pot of water to boil for pasta. Heat a frying pan and sauté the garlic in the oil. Just as the pasta is finishing, add the cooked lamb to the hot garlic oil and sauté for just a moment. Toss the meat with the drained pasta, along with all other ingredients.
