Mushroom Salad
1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 lb. swiss cheese or cheddar cheese. cubed or shredded
2 bunches green onions, diced |
Dressing:
1/2 C. Olive oil
1/4 C. Vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. "Cavender's Greek Seasoning" |
Mix together dressing and add mushrooms, cheese, and onions
just before serving.
