Baked Lamb Shoulder
3 lb.. lamb shoulder
3 large potatoes
4 carrots
2 celery stalks and stems
1 onion |
1 can whole tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. Cavender's Greek Seasoning |
Wash and dry lamb. Season with Cavender's and place in
baking pan.
Cut vegetables in halves and arrange around lamb. Add
tomatoes, bay leaf, water. Cover and bake at 350° F. degrees for 1
1/2 hours.
Remove cover and continue baking for 20 minutes or until
done.
