Polynesian Wild Rice
4 cups cooked rice (2 cups white & 2 cups
wild) cooked according to pkg. instructions
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained |
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp.. butter |
Sauté onion and celery in butter until tender.
Combine sautéed onion, celery, rice and pineapple together; add
salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a casserole dish for 15-20 minutes at
350 degrees F.
