Barbecued Salmon
Fresh Fillet of Salmon
1-2 Lemons, sliced
1 Med. Onion, sliced |
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Lemon Pepper
Seasoning Salt |
Pre-heat grill on Med-high. Spray fleshy side of fish
with non-stick cooking spray. Lay face down, skin up on grill for about
five minutes. Until fish has grill marks and is cooked about an inch
towards the middle. Carefully flip fish (takes two spatulas)
Squeeze lemons over fish. Sprinkle fish with a hearty covering of cheese,
then spices to taste. Arrange lemons and onion rings on top. Good fish
will be juicy and you will need to keep sprinkling with more cheese. The
cheese becomes a crusty and flavorful top. Serve this with vegetables done
on the grill in foil. Just wrap and add ice cubes to steam. And grilled
fruit kabobs. A whole meal with not a single pan to clean.
