Seafood Stuffed Avocados
4 avocados, peeled, halved and pitted
1/2 lb. backfin crab meat
1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Combine crab meat, shrimp, lemon juice, mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and dry mustard together and mix well. Fill avocados with seafood mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan
cheese, bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
