Herb Baked Cod
1/2  cup soft bread crumbs
1/4  teaspoon dried whole oregano
1/4  teaspoon anise seeds
1/8  teaspoon salt
1/8  teaspoon pepper
1/2  teaspoon vegetable oil
1 1/2  teaspoons fresh lemon juice
2 cod fillets, (4 ounce)
Vegetable cooking spray
2 lemon wedges

Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow bowl; toss well. 
Sprinkle lemon juice evenly over fillets; dredge fillets in bread crumb mixture.
Place fillets on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and bread crumbs are lightly browned.
Serve with lemon wedges.

Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 3 ounces fish).
