Fat free Cream Soup Mix
1 cup nonfat dry powdered milk
1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons chicken bouillon powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried pepper

Combine and store until ready to use in an airtight container. To mix, add dry ingredients and 2 cups of cold water in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until soup thickens. Add meat and/or vegetables as desired, and cook a little longer. To thicken, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk powder. If too thick, add water.
