Fat free Tomato Basil Dressing
1/2 cup vegetable juice cocktail
1 tablespoon powdered fruit pectin
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced |
In small bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until pectin
is dissolved. Serve with tossed salad greens or vegetable salad.
