4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Mix all ingredients into jar and shake. Makes 3/4 C. enough
for 4-6 servings of salad.
