Artichoke Dip
2 (6 oz.) jars of marinated artichokes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. can of chopped green chilies
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups of grated cheese

Blend all ingredients (except grated cheese) in a food processor. Pour mixture into casserole dish, then add grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 30 minutes. Serve with chips, crackers etc. (Can be made ahead of time and reheated as well.)
