Creamy Pesto Dip
Servings: 12
1 bunch basil
2 tsp. garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. pine nuts

Combine basil and garlic in a food processor process to a fine puree with machine running, add oil in a thin steady stream stir in salt cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Stir in sour cream and toasted pine nuts serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
