1/2 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt butter in a small sauce pan over low heat. Add brown
sugar, cook until sugar melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir
in sour cream and vanilla. Serve dip with an assortment of fresh fruit.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
