Spicy Cajun Dip
1/2 cup dry pack sun-dried tomatoes
1 8 oz package of 1/3 less fat cream cheese softened
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon of ground red pepper (cayenne)

In small bowl pour 1 cup boiling water over tomatoes, let stand at room temperature 5-10 minutes, drain and chop tomatoes. Meanwhile in another small bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt, and chili sauce, mix well, add tomatoes and all remaining ingredients mix well, refrigerate 'til serving time. Just before serving , stir dip. Serve with cut up vegetable or garlic flavored bagel crisps.
