Layer Shrimp Dip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 green onions, chopped
12 oz. chili sauce
8 oz. diced shrimp (canned)
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 sm. can sliced black olives
mozzarella cheese, grated

Spread cream cheese on platter, cover with chili sauce. Drain shrimp. Layer shrimp, chopped onion, green pepper and olives. Cover with grated mozzarella cheese. Refrigerate, until chilled. Blot excess liquid from platter before serving. Spread on crackers.
