BLT Sandwich
1 tablespoon non-fat mayonnaise
2 slices high fiber bread, toasted
2 to 3 leaves lettuce
2 slices crisp cooked bacon
Sliced tomato

Spread mayonnaise over 1 slice of bread; top with lettuce, bacon, and tomato slices.
Top with remaining slice of bread.
Makes 1  sandwich.

Each Serving = 8 fat grams, 275 calories, 7 WW points
