Grilled Sesame Chicken Breast
3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
1 tsp. + 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic |
8 oz. chicken breast, skinless
1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a shallow dish.
Mix well.
Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in the
refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Remove chicken from the marinade. Grill
4-5 inches from medium hot coals for 15 minutes. Turn and grill.
