Summer Radish Salad
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. chives, raw and chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, dried or fresh |
1 tsp. lite soy sauce
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
4 cups radish, sliced |
Mix all ingredients together well and refrigerate until
ready to serve.
