Chilled Melon and Berry Soup
1 cup cantaloupe chunks
1 cup honeydew chunks
1/4 dry white wine
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup low fat buttermilk
1/2 cup blueberries

In a food processor or blender, combine the melons, wine, juice and sugar. Puree until almost smooth. Add buttermilk and process again. Top each serving with blueberries.
Servings: 6 (1/2 cup) servings
