Cranberry Jell-O
1 large box black raspberry Jell-O
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pound fresh cranberries, frozen
1 1/2 cups sugar
chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Using a 9x13 glass baking dish, make Jell-O according to package directions EXCEPT cut the cold water by half. Put in refrigerator. Put frozen cranberries in a food processor and chop coarsely. Add oranges, pineapple, and sugar and process just until combined. Add cranberry mixture to Jell-O, stirring gently and return Jell-O to refrigerator. When Jell-O has set, sprinkle top with chopped nuts. Cut into squares.
