Tarte Au Sucre (Sugar Pie)
one pie shell, unbaked
1 cup granulated maple sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together sugar, flour, vanilla and cream. Pour the sugar mixture into the pie shell. Bake at 350° F. for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 45 minutes before serving, OR store in the fridge overnight. Serve thin slices with whipped cream, or ice cream.
