Oreo Delight
1-15 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1-8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar |
milk
1-12 oz carton whipped topping
1-6 serving size instant chocolate pudding |
In food processor (or by hand), crush cookies, reserving
1/2 cup for topping. Add melted butter and press against the bottom of
a 9"x13" baking pan. Blend cream cheese and sugar, add just enough milk
to make the mixture easy to spread. Spread cream cheese mixture over the
cookie crumb crust. Then spread 1/2 of the whipped topping over the cream
cheese mixture. Mix pudding according to package directions and pour it
over the top of the whipped topping. Spread remaining whipped topping over
pudding and sprinkle reserved crushed cookies over the whipped topping.
