Baked Apples
2 small apples, cored and peeled
enough low-cal sweetener to equal 2 tsp. sugar
dash ground cinnamon |
dash ground nutmeg
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. lemon juice |
Lightly spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place whole
apples in dish, sprinkle with sweetener, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add water
and lemon juice and bake for 25 minutes or until tender at 450º F.
