Ambrosia
5 cups pineapple, cut into bite size pieces
6 navel oranges, peeled, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup shredded coconut
maraschino cherries

Mix fruit and sugar in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 2 days. Shortly before serving, sprinkle with coconut and cherries.
