Dobosh Torte
1 frozen poundcake
1 small carton sour cream
1 6 oz. package chocolate chips
1 tsp. instant coffee, dried
1/2 tsp. - 1 tsp. vanilla

Slice cake lengthwise into 4-6 slices, a not difficult task if the cake is frozen. Melt chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, coffee, and vanilla. Frost cake between layers,
top and sides.

*For family sized cake, double all ingredients. Refrigerate. Keeps forever.
