3 lg. tomatoes, cut in half
Dash of pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup danish Feta cheese, finely crumbled
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
Core tomatoes slightly, then sprinkle tomatoes with pepper.
In a bowl, blend together mayonnaise, Feta cheese, green onion and thyme.
Spoon into halves. Broil for about 5 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
