Raspberry Delights

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. custard powder
raspberry jam

Cream butter and sugar, add the egg, then mix flour, baking and custard powders together, and gradually to mixture. Place in greased patty tins and bake 10 minutes at 180° C, then place a small tsp. of raspberry jam on each, and bake 3 minutes longer.
