Fantasy Fudge Cookies

1 cup butter, room temp
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs, room temp
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 - 8 oz pack Reese's Pieces candy
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate. chips

Cream butter and sugar. Blend in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour, soda, cocoa powder, salt. Slowly beat into creamed mixture. Stir in candy and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Space 2 inches apart. Bake at 350° F. till set but still very soft. 10 - 12 minutes. Cookies will firm as they cool.
