Secret Kiss Cookies

1 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Pecans
Chocolate Kisses
Powdered Sugar

Combine ingredients. Wrap 1 tablespoon dough around each kiss. Bake at 375° F. for 12 minutes or until set - not brown. Cool slightly. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
