Broccoli Casserole
4 (10 oz.) pkg's. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions; drain and set aside. Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter. Combine broccoli, cheese, onions & mushrooms, salt and cream. Mix and put in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350° F. for 15 minutes or until heated.
Serves: 4-6
