Spinach Casserole # 2
2 (10 oz.) pkg's. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 pint sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can mushrooms, drained
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and mix well with remaining ingredients. Bake in a buttered 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish in a 350° F. oven until heated through, about 20 minutes.
