Spinach Casserole # 1

2-10 oz pkg's. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Mix together the spinach, soup and onion. Pour into a 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish, smooth the top and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6
