Creamy Chicken Casserole

1 cup dry macaroni
3/4 cup milk
1-10 oz can cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup sharp American cheese, shredded
1-4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/4 cup pimiento, chopped

Cook the macaroni according to directions on the package; drain. In a small bowl mix together the milk and soup, then add the chicken, half the cheese, the mushrooms, pimiento and cooked macaroni. Pour mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake covered in a 350° F. oven for 50 minutes. Uncover stir and top with the remaining cheese; bake until cheese melts.
