Chinese Casserole
2 (7 oz.) cans chicken or tuna
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cup water or juice of 1 lemon
1 cup whole cashew nuts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup Chinese noodles
Mix all together and put in buttered casserole. Bake at 350° F. for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with additional Chinese noodles.
