No Peek Beef Casserole
2 lb. beef stew meat
1 envelope. onion soup mix
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. red wine or juice
10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Cooked noodles or rice
Combine all ingredients in Crockpot. Stir together well. Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hour. (or high for 5-6 hour.) in slow cooker. Serve over noodles or rice.
