Lowfat Cheese Cake
2 bars of fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla
2 egg whites or egg substitute
graham crackers for crust (or store bought crust)
Soften cream cheese and add rest of ingredients. Blend until smooth and pour into crust. Could add lemon juice and zest to make a lemony cheesecake. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
