Banana Macadamia Nut Bread
2/3 cup warm water (110° F. F.) 3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
3 1/4 cups bread flour
3 Tbsp. white sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 3/4 tsp. active dry yeast
1/2 cup chopped Macadamia nuts
Place ingredient in bread machine in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select sweet bread setting and light crust. Add Macadamia nuts when indicated by your manufacturer.
Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
