Apple Pie Bread (bread machine
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
5 Tbsp. white sugar
3 1/4 cups plus 2 Tbsp. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. powdered buttermilk
3/4 cup apple pie filling
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. apple juice
Place all ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Press Start.
Makes 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf
