Easy Country Biscuits
4 cups Buttermilk Baking Mix
2/3 cup Wheat Germ
1 1/2 cups undiluted Evaporated Low fat Milk
1 to 2 Tbsp. Flour
In medium bowl, combine baking mix and wheat germ. Stir in evaporated milk to make a soft dough. Turn dough out onto floured surface; knead 10 times, adding additional flour as necessary to keep dough from sticking. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with floured 1 1/2 inch biscuit cutter; place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 450° F. oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
