English Muffin Bread

This is for a 1-1/2 lb. loaf in the bread machine.

1-1/4 cups water
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 cups flour
3 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
2 tsp. yeast

Follow directions according to your type of bread machine.
