French Chocolate Buns
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons margarine
6 tablespoons egg substitute
1 1/8 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 large milk chocolate candy bar, broken into pieces
Place remaining ingredients in bread maker and process on dough cycle. When dough cycle is completed, remove dough, roll out until 1/4 inch thick and cut into 12 pieces. Place chocolate onto dough and press seams together. Place bun seam side down onto well buttered baking sheet. Bake buns at 350 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 12 buns.
