Aloha Bread

8 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice, drained, juice reserved
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted
1/3 cup pecan or walnut halves
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. yeast

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on a wire rack.
Makes: 1-1/2 lb. loaf
