Apricot Fruit Flip
1 (12oz.) can apricot nectar
1 med-size ripe banana
1/4 cup instant non-fat dry milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Ice cubes
Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in container of an electric blender. Add enough ice cubes to measure 4 cups; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Yields: 4 cups (108 calories/serving)
