Banana and Peach Chips
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 medium banana, sliced 1/4" thick
2 medium peaches, pitted, sliced 1/4" thick
Ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 175° F. Line large baking sheet with foil; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
In small bowl, combine lemon and lime juice. Dip banana and peach slices into juice; arrange in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Bake 2-3 hours, until golden. Store in airtight container.
