Cheese Balls
Yield: 3 or 4 cheese balls
1 c butter or margarine, softened
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
10 oz Kraft olive-pimiento cheese spread
5 oz Kraft roka blue cheese spread
5 oz Kraft olde english cheese spread
6 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 garlic powder; to taste
finely chopped pecans
Blend all together and let set in refrigerator to harden so it can be handled. Divide into 3 or 4 portions (dust your hands lightly with flour) and roll balls in finely chopped pecans. To store, wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
